A door decoration that follows the seasons

This isn't just about hanging up a garland: you make a little crochet character yourself, from the Christmas gnome to the autumn pumpkin. The kit brings together everything you need to create a one-of-a-kind decoration, with the satisfaction of watching the shape come to life stitch by stitch – no knitting expertise required.

Six designs are available: autumn pumpkin, Valentine's gnome, Christmas reindeer gnome, blue winter fir trees, Halloween witch gnome and Easter bunny gnome. Each one brings the mood of the season to your entryway, and you can collect several to change your decor throughout the year.

Who is it for, and for which occasions?

This kit is for anyone who loves to keep their hands busy on a quiet evening, as well as for those looking for an original gift idea. It's just as suited to an afternoon on your own as to time shared with family or friends, and at the end you get a lovely decoration to hang proudly on your front door.

• A relaxing creative hobby for winter evenings
• A personal gift idea for a friend or a grandmother
• A different door decoration for every holiday
• A handmade piece you can be proud of
• A project that's easy to put away between sessions

No need to be an expert to get started

This kit is a starter set: it guides you step by step, which makes it accessible to beginners and experienced crocheters alike. You work at your own pace, put your project down whenever you like and pick it up again without losing track. No complicated materials are needed, so you can get started as soon as it arrives.

Once finished, your creation hangs up in an instant and stays securely in place. To care for it, simply dust it gently from time to time, then store it in a protected place between seasons. It will be back on your door every year, hassle-free.
